He did not lose consciousness. A urine specimen reveals gross hematuria. P. D. also states that a tape player in the right pocket of a leather jacket is shattered. A family of two adults, mother age 33 years and father age 29 years, and two children, ages 6 months and 3 years come to the local health clinic. The adults state that they have recently relocated to this area and are interested in finding a health care provider. When asked, the mother says there are no known health problems.
